Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Frontline’s Warehouse Management System for SAP Business One provides the ability to use SAP’s warehouse management capabilities and deliver them to handheld barcode scanners for booking-in, picking, delivery and stock transfers, making stock control and order fulfilment simpler.

Automated Sales Order Entry

Frontline Automated Sales Orders Entry for SAP Business One solution allows customers to send PDFs of their purchase orders into a central email address. From there the solution automatically selects the emails and converts the data inside the PDF and matches against fields such as ‘Item Codes’, ‘Prices’ and Customer details.

Once authenticated, a Sales order will be added into the system and become available to normal SAP Business One fulfilment and invoicing processes.

Automated Purchase Invoice Processing

Frontline Automated Purchase Invoice Entry and Validation automates the invoice approval process, thereby allowing streamlining the workflow and reducing processing costs.

Invoices received from suppliers are automatically validated and added into SAP Business One. The Frontline solution identifies and extracts the data from the invoice and validates against supplier records.

The Purchase Invoice is matched against the Goods Receipt and Purchase Order (GRPO) in SAP Business One. If all values are within allowable tolerances then a Supplier Invoice is added and made available to the next payment run.
