Our PMO works to enable consistently high quality project delivery and communication. Our accredited team adopts the project management standards of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Closure and can adapt to various development methodologies.

For very complex projects where stakeholders need to be managed or the development methodology is not deterministic, the PMO will adopt extreme project management (XPM) methods. We also adopt XPM when the project requirements are constantly changing and technology is evolving very rapidly. This enables projects to move forward at great pace and allows our teams to work to shorter timelines.
We also take a structured approach to manage the on-boarding process for transitioning services – all part of our Connected Delivery service methodology. Frontline’s approach ensures that service continuity is maintained during the Transition Phase so that any ‘change over’ disruption is as minimal as possible.
