Adam Johnson Managed Services Director
Adam is the Managed Services Director within Frontline and is responsible for the technical support provided to our Customer base. He is an IT Service Management professional with extensive and time served experience of working within ITIL aligned customer service delivery environments focused on Customer Success. Technically skilled and certified in Microsoft and AppSense technologies as well as ITIL, Prince2 and Six Sigma frameworks. Adam has an established background in IT service delivery and service support with significant practical experience in the implementation and maturing of Service Management capabilities.
Angela Tan Head of Administration
Angela heads up the Administration Team at Frontline, which is always on hand to assist with an urgent helpdesk call or a new product enquiry. With so many licensing and support options available nowadays it can be difficult to keep on top of renewals, and a key task of Angela’s team is to track renewals on clients’ behalf to ensure optimal functionality at all times.
Barry German Technical Director
Barry has been at Frontline since 2002 as Technical Director. His day to day role involves liaising and interacting with both new and existing customers ensuring that Frontline are continuing to meet their ever changing IT needs. With some relationships with his customers stretching back even before Barry joined Frontline he is seen as a trusted advisor.
Bill Milligan Chairman & CEO
Bill is Frontline’s Chairman & CEO and has been at the helm growing the company from 2 employees in 1991 to nearly 100 employees to this day. As the business has developed over the last two and half decades a number of things have changed but the one remaining constant is Bill’s focus on delivering a quality customer service to both existing and new customers.
Brian McEvilly Chief Technology Officer
With Frontline since 2002, Brian is the company’s Chief Technology Officer ensuring that Frontline are always one step ahead. His previous role at Frontline involved looking after managed services and datacentres, where he worked closely with the service delivery and service desk teams to evolve, and improve, the services to customers.
Caine Fearn Managing Director
After spending six years in accountancy practice, Caine joined Frontline in 2007, originally to handle new SAP business which, at the time, was a fairly new product. Since then Caine’s role developed to head up the commercial team responsible for account management, new business sales, pre-sales consultancy, contracts, marketing and lead generation. In 2017 Caine became Frontline’s Managing Director.
David Regan Service Delivery Manager
David is an IT Service Management professional with extensive and time served experience of working in event driven and customer service delivery environments. He is technically skilled and trained, customer focussed, as well as an established background in IT service delivery and service support with significant practical experience in the implementation and maturing of Service Management capabilities.
Gareth Banks Software Developer
Gareth is a self-motivated software engineer with over 15 years’ experience with Microsoft technologies. He enjoys creating innovative and engaging applications across web, desktop and mobile devices. Gareth has a passion for user interface design and data visualisation and looks to pursue the latest trends and technologies to create intuitive but highly usable web applications and software solutions.
Harris Konstas SAP Business One Consultant
Harris has been a SAP Business One Consultant at Frontline since 2014, playing a vital role in the SAP implementation team. His responsibilities include full implementations, customer training, and scoping new requirements and design solutions across the range of the company’s customers.
Jennifer Hilliard Business Solutions Architect
Jen has been at Frontline since 2013 and initially joined as a Solution Architect for SAP Business One. She now heads up the Pre-Sales Team and works closely with the ERP sales consultants to ensure that our potential customer’s requirements are met and understood at the beginning of the sales process ensuring a smooth and successful delivery further down the line.
Kevin Kuttappa Marketing Manager
Kevin joined Frontline in 2010, initially in lead generation, later specialising in marketing for SAP Business One. He has now moved up to become the company’s Marketing Manager. His varied role includes nurturing prospective customers, supporting the sales effort, managing the lead generation team, maintaining key partner relationships, and keeping customers up-to-date with the latest news and developments at Frontline.
Lynn Moseley Project Manager
Lynn is one of our Project Managers having originally joined Frontline in 2005 as a Technical Author. Over the years, as the company’s focus and requirements have changed, so have her roles, which have included website content development, generating policy, process, and procedure documentation, and more recently, coordinating the ISO accreditation for Managed Services.
Rebecca German Desktop Support Technician
Rebecca started with Frontline in 2014 as a Desktop Support Technician and has since progressed to a 2nd line role. She is responsible for incidents that are escalated to 2nd line and also for providing support and mentoring to our Desktop Support team. The day to day job is to provide a high level of support to our customers by troubleshooting and diagnosing issues ranging from single users to the entire organisation and then providing a solution for those issues. She is currently working towards her Microsoft MSCA & MCSE Certifications and her end goal is to progress and to be working alongside our 3rd line technician team.
Sean Martin Senior SAP Consultant
Sean is Frontline’s Senior SAP Consultant taking advantage of his background as an end-user of SAP on the client side. With his particular skill set and experience, he provides a vital day-to-day link between Frontline and its SAP customers allowing the precise implementation of customers’ requirements, bringing projects in on time, and on budget.
Tom James New Business Sales Manager
Tom joined the sales team in 2006 and is now the New Business Sales Manager. He is responsible for the business development of key solutions including Sage X3, SAP Business One and Managed Services offerings. He and his team are there to ensure new customers are offered the right solutions, and to ensure a smooth handover to the Project Management and Implementation Teams.
Tony Hilton Projects Director
Tony joined Frontline in 2005 and has overseen the ERP division grow from a handful of consultants to a team of over 30 dedicated employees. Tony is now the Projects Director and manages the Project Management Office, ensuring that all customer projects are delivered on time and within budget.
