MSH Awards 2018 – Winners
We are delighted to be announced as winners in the inaugural Managed Services & Hosting Awards 2018 which took place following the highly successful Managed Services and Hosting Summit in London yesterday.
Frontline were nominated in the ‘Best SMB MSP Project’ category based on a mobile device management (MDM) solution we implemented, hosted and support with our customer Morses Club. The MDM solution (dWatch) enables companies to keep track of their business data anywhere, anytime whilst allowing employees to remain productive and work securely across all their devices.
About the MDM Project
Morses Club is one of the largest home credit providers in the UK offering small cash loans of between £100 and £1000 operating a network of branches throughout the UK. Morses Club date back over 130 years and lend responsibly with a 97% customer satisfaction rating.
The mobile solution used by the field agents is seamlessly integrated with the business’s critical back office software ensuring a complete end to end managed service from Frontline.
Prior to implementing the mobile solution Morses were managing their customer data via a paper based system. The benefits achieved from moving from paper to a fully managed mobile solution includes templated workflows ensuring consistency on every job, real time connection between back office and field agents, elimination of duplicate data entry and true visibility allowing Morses to respond as plans change throughout the day.
Finally, having access to real time accurate information ensures that end customers are always given reliable information, improving overall customer service and brand reputation. With nearly 2000 field agents across the UK, the ability to manage mobile devices remotely is vital to Morses business.
dWatch from Frontline can offer a completely managed service solution for the full life-cycle of mobile devices, whether they are running on iOS, Android or Windows systems. Frontline works in partnership with Morses to create and enforce governance policies, through our qualified service desk staff, security tools and reporting capabilities. The ability to manage applications centrally and send them remotely to employees ensures that there is a consistent and safe approach to corporate applications when accessed from various devices.
Frontline Managing Director, Caine Fearn comments on the award; “It is great to be recognised alongside some key names within the Managed Services industry. Seeing how one of our long standing customers, Morses Club, has embraced technology to further improve the service they can provide to their 200,000+ customers is what we are in business for. A big thank you to the event organisers, Morses Club and of course, the Frontline Team who ensured that this was not only a successful, but award winning project”.
