Fastest Growing SAP Reseller Award

Frontline are pleased to announce that we have won ‘Fastest Growing Reseller’ category for 2014 at the SAP Northern European Partner Event held last week.

Caine Fearn, SAP Business One Sales Director, attended the event hosted at the SAP offices in London and goes on to say, “This award highlights Frontline’s commitment to the SAP Business One software and shows that more and more SMEs are improving their business processes and increasing efficiencies through the use of technology. In addition, it is great to be acknowledged for the hard work the whole Frontline team have put in over the past 12 months.”
One of the key factors that has enabled Frontline to achieve this award is the quality approach to our implementation methodology and ongoing customer support which was highlighted in our Active Quality Management (AQM) accreditations over the past few years from SAP.

Growth Whilst Maintaining Quality

Towards the end of 2014 and moving into 2015, Frontline have put a number of processes in place to ensure our continued growth plans do not impact on our award winning quality approach to SAP Business One implementations and ongoing support.

The Frontline SAP Business One team has grown significantly over the past few months to ensure that the current high standards are not only maintained but also continuously improved. In addition to new SAP qualified consultants and developers coming on board to manage the workload created from our new customer projects, a project management team has been put in place to oversee all projects and improve communication throughout.

Also, not wanting to forget about our existing customer base, an account management team is now in place ensuring that you continue to be kept up to date with the latest developments in the SAP Business One software and see the successful implementation of SAP Business One into your business as only the first step of the journey.
