Temporary Accounts Assistant – 6 weeks initially with an immediate start

Temporary assistance to support finance team during a busy period.

To ensure cash book, expenses and credit card postings are accurate and up to date

Principal Responsibilities
Posting of cash book transactions
Bank reconciliation
Checking and processing expenses
Checking and processing credit card transactions
General assistance to Financial Controller and Management Accountant

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Experience of processing cash book, expenses, and credit card transactions essential
Excellent numeracy, attention to detail and Excel skills required
Experience of using SAP B1 an advantage

Working Conditions 37.5 hour week, though part-time e.g. school hours can be considered
