Job Background:
Experienced SAP B1 Helpdesk consultant looking for excellent career progression. We are ideally looking for a candidate working for an existing SAP B1 Partner looking to join a company that offers exceptional career development and prospects. Candidates with experience in a helpdesk end user environment may also be considered for the role.

Job Purpose:
To provide helpdesk assistance to SAP Business One external and internal customers from a diverse range of industries. Quickly, professionally and efficiently processing support tickets raised through Frontline’s helpdesk system resolving issues and referring onward to specialists where required.

Principal Responsibilities:
Dealing with SAP support tickets and questions raised via Frontline’s internal Helpdesk system.
Candidate Profile

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
• Good time and task management
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise work
• Good written and verbal communications
• General knowledge of business practices
• Logical problem solving abilities
• An ability to understand internal systems and adhere to processes
• SAP B1 experience is essential (preferably SAP B1 Certified)
• MS SQL administration experience
• HANA experience
• Knowledge of SQL query writing
• Crystal Reports experience
• Boyum Usability Pack experience preferable
• Experience of Task Centre preferable
