What is the SAP Business One app for iPhone
The SAP Business One mobile app for iPhone allows you to stay in touch with your business and data whilst you are on the move. It allows you to connect with your SAP® Business One application via the iPhone or iPad, to check on stock and customer information, access reports, receive alerts and process approvals all in real time.

Features
- Dashboards- When you first log into the SAP Business One iPhone App you arrive at your dashboard that shows your ‘to do list’ and key performance indicators.
- Menu Screen- The menu screen gives you access to the 6 basic modules, including, Approval, Alert, Report, Business Partners, Stock and Price List.
- Approvals- The Approval screen provides detailed information on processes awaiting your acceptance. You can accept or reject each process and provide feedback to the appropriate person.
- Alerts- Alerts are set up within Business One and can be accessed via the iPhone. You can view messages and alerts when you are away from the office so you are always aware of what is happening.
- Reports- Access key information in easy to view reports. Reports can be sent via email using the iPhone mail feature.
- Business Partner Info- The Business Partner (Customers/Suppliers/Prospects) menu allows access to account balance, credit limit, contact information and much more.
- Stock Info- You can view all your up to date stock information in real time. The Stock menu includes quantity levels, descriptions, pictures and pricing.
- Price Lists- You can select from different price lists. You can access real time pricing information and quote your customer accordingly.
