SAP Mobile Solutions

One of the key focus areas highlighted from SAP FKOM 2012 (a good round up can be found here, courtesy of SAP Evangelist Richard Duffy) was mobility for SAP Business One.

Frontline work with coresystems, a certified SAP Gold Software Solution Partner (SSP) to enhance your experience of SAP Business One through the use of mobile solutions utilising their coresuite product range.

Coresuite offers standard SAP Business One functionality on your mobile device. A cloud based connector links your SAP B1 solution with the coresuite cloud and synchronises all data between the cloud and your mobile device. Your employees can use the coresuite mobile solution completely offline allowing them to work anytime anywhere. All the new information entered by your employees will automatically be added via the cloud connector to your SAP Business One solution.

Coresuite offer mobile solutions for Management, CRM, Sales, Service and HR. Today I will be taking a closer look at the sales and service functionality.

Mobile Sales

With coresuite mobile sales you will always have access to the latest information for your clients. You can capture orders via your mobile device and print them instantly or send them via email.

You have access to all the functionality of coresuite mobile CRM (customer information, current activities, open service calls, etc), stock levels, order entry, price information, order overview and comprehensive item information.

Mobile Service

With coresuite mobile service your field staff’s administrative processes are significantly reduced.

You have access to all the functionality of coresuite mobile CRM (see above), recording of new service calls, status of open service calls, recording of materials used on a job, time recording on service calls and support through the service checklist.

Also, through the allocation of new service calls from the office staff, service employees can easily be assigned.
