Quick-EDD Hosted Solution
No secure second site or machine? Our i-Series High Availability Service is a perfect solution. Using Quick-EDD, we can replicate your system to a partitioned System-i at our data centre. This offers the security of data replicated off-site, managed by specialists and with the ability to switch processing quickly and with minimum data loss in the event of a failure. Your partition can be assigned resources ‘on-demand’ from a shared pool to enable processing to continue.
This is a cost-effective solution compared to a traditional ‘disaster recovery’ contract - but with very substantial benefits:
- Fast recovery – minutes rather than days;
- Peace of mind of critical business data held securely off-site and kept up-to-date in real time;
